구입 전 참고사항 ・원물 특성 상 가자미살의 크기나 모양이 조금씩 다를 수 있어요. 중량을 기준으로 600g을 맞추어 보내드리니 구매 시 참고하세요.
・가시를 제거하였으나 간혹 잔가시가 남아 있을 수 있으니 섭취 시 주의해 주세요.
보관법 ・-18ºC 이하에서 냉동 보관하세요.
해동법 ・드시기 전, 비닐을 뜯지 않은 가자미살을 상온에서 자연 해동하세요.
조리법 ・프라이팬 조리 시 : 기름을 두른 팬에 해동한 가자미살을 넣고 4~5분간 튀기듯이 구운 다음, 뒤집어서 다시 4~5분을 구워주세요.
Tip. 가자미살이 잘 부서질 수 있으니 살살 뒤집어 주세요.
・에어프라이어 조리 시 : 180ºC로 예열한 에어프라이어에 해동한 가자미살을 넣어주세요. 기름을 살짝 뿌려서 5분간 조리하고, 뒤집어서 다시 5~8분을 조리하세요.
